Drivers Age
The minimum driver’s age is 25 years and there’s no maximum driver’s age..
No young driver surcharge and age should be minimum 25 years old.
No senior driver surcharge
Driver’s License
Driver must present a full and valid driving license with no major endorsements.
Domestic driving license issued in the US, Canada, Australia and Europeon union drivers license is accepted without an international driving license.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) or a certified translation is mandatory is the driver’s license is not in English/Roman alphabet. International driver license or a certified translation must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
The following documents are mandatory to present at the time of vehicle pick up: Personal ID card or passport and valid driver's license.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible of amount 500 USD.
Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount.
It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible of 10% will be charged to the client.
Third Party Liability
It is included in the your rental amount.
It covers the amount up to 1 Million USD.

Airport Pickup Fees
40 USD extra will be charged for pickups and drop-off to Airport.
Other fee:
1. If the vehicle keys are lost or stolen, a fee of USD 300 will apply.
2. You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines, other penalties, and loss of vehicle keys/documents etc. incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant charges on to you plus any administrative expenses.
3. In case of Losing documents, a fee of USD 150 will apply.
4. In case of wrong fuel, a fee of USD 800 will apply.
Smoking in the car is prohibited, and if Client smoke in the car a fee of 300 USD will apply.
Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is available free of charge. If breakdown is required due to customers fault additional charge will apply depending on the situation. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
Full to Full. The client must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel provided at the time of check out.
Please Note: The vehicle must be refueled within 10 km to 12 km of the return station and the renter must present the receipt from the petrol station to confirm that the vehicle is returned with the same fuel tank.
Mileage Policy
Limited Mileage 250 KM, if exceeded 0.30 Fills per KM.
Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel is not allowed
VAT
VAT is included in the rental price.
Payment Methods and Deposit
Only cash and bank transfers are accepted.
Deposit
A refundable deposit of 350 USD will be taken as cash or transfer upon pickup.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection service is available for an additional charge, charge will depends on the distance and location.
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available without any charge
Grace Period
For vehicle pick up
1 hour grace period from the schedule time of pickup is allowed. If the customer comes to pick the vehicle after the grace period the booking will be considered as "No-show" or car will be provided but extra charge wiill apply If client doesn’t inform.
For late return
1 hour grace period is for returning vehicles. If the customer comes to return the vehicle after the grace period then additional charge will apply.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment’s depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
